You have a private entrance, all with safe locking doors. It's a wonderful space perfect for a peaceful getaway whether you're exploring the seacoast area or simply enjoying a quiet evening. You'll have easy private parking with plenty of room off a quiet country road. Enjoy walking and bicycling on well paved local country roads and Newburyport Coastal Trails Coalition. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach blankets and towels are available for local beaches. Interested guests with physical limitations for stairs should note that the private entrance, tiny kitchette, bathroom, beach closet and hallway are on the first floor, The sitting area and bedroom are on the 2nd floor which make them more cozy and quiet but require several stairs (see photo please).

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 1 year and it was so amazing! It was the perfect size for just us 2. It was super cozy and very home like. I would 100% stay here again!

Quiet rural beautiful setting. Gracious and kind host. Comfortable accommodations. Love the resident kitty! Close to trails, town with great eating establishments. Just a terrific place to get away and enjoy!!

We had the best day at Beth‘s place! She was the most kind host and communicated very well. Would definitely stay here again! It was only five minutes to downtown Newburyport and close to other things as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and Beth is just the sweetest person!

Our hostess was the best! She made us feel at home the entire time. Everything was as described with even a few additional items not mentioned. We have already recommended this location to friends and would certainly stay here again if we have the opportunity! Most excellent!
