The place has 3 bedrooms with queen beds, a large open space living room area with a large comfy sofa, and a beautiful dining solid wood table. Comes with all the essentials, Kitchen appliances, Smart TV, WiFi, washer/dryer available in the garage and the place heats quickly in sometimes chilly SF. This is a hosted rental where guests have complete and their own private access to the upper house level with gorgeous views of San Francisco, own private entrance, exclusive use of kitchen, dining, living room, with 3 bedrooms with walk-in closets, 1 bathroom with shower and tub and plenty of storage. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your trip one to remember!

This place was very nice and a great home for our stay while visiting San Francisco! When I first walked up I thought Oh No, only because the grass hadn't been mowed in a long time or ever. It was well over a foot tall. But when I got inside it was very nice, clean and well stocked. It did have a lot of personal items around in the shower and bathroom that you wouldn't share with anyone but easy to work around. There were plenty of towels too. The beds were good and comfortable, but bring your own pillows if you like fluffy ones. They tended to be completely flat or very fat and hard in all the bedrooms. The furniture was great and the views were wonderful! The neighborhood was very nice as well!! Close enough to the downtown activities for an easy drive and a short distance to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!!

It was a great place, the owner was quick to respond to any questions/concerns. It was clean and in a good location. The property does rent the basement out too which was not in the original description but overall good
