The house is conveniently located and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean and nice. The neighborhood was great for walking our dog. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this rental.We had some issues with the golf cart but Jeff and his team took care of it and took care of us. He was very communicative and made sure to check in to let us know he was available if needed.

The property was a perfect size for our family. The location was amazing and close to everything. Highly recommend!!

It’s time for a sprucing up. The off white furniture and rugs were dirty and stained. Although the decor was beautiful, the light color was probably not a good choice for a pet friendly unit. The sheets in guest bedroom were dirty. Floor didn’t appear to have been cleaned very well. Golf cart was in poor condition. Seats were ripped and torn. Seat belts didn’t work. We reported these items to Jeff, the property manager. He was prompt to respond. He had clean sheets delivered but didn’t seem to be aware of any of the issues.
