In an effort to keep our rates competitive and cleaning fees to a minimum our nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. We ask that all guests in your party be registered through the booking platform. We do monitor the doorbell camera at check in to confirm the amount of people checking in matches your booking. You will notice a slight increase in the daily rate when your amount of guests exceeds 4. We want you to have a wonderful vacation and appreciate you working within our guidelines to make sure the house is well maintained and within city and neighborhood rental guidelines.
We provide our guests with basic starter supplies, TP/PT, dish and hand soaps, laundry & dishwasher detergent, trash bags & new sponge!

The home was spotless, w newer appliances. Kitchen had all the dishes/cookware one would ever need. Backyard pool/patio was nice, very private, well landscaped. Located close to many stores and restaurants. Great owner communication and responsiveness. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Amy's house for 5 nights in April 2026. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, within a 5 minute drive of at least 2 grocery stores, many restaurants and downtown Jensen Beach, and only about a 10 minute drive over the causway to the beaches on Hutchinson Island. The house, patio, and pool were all very clean, stocked with the basics needed for a 5 day stay, and Amy was very responsive when we had any questions.
