This professionally managed 2-bedroom retreat blends modern comfort with an unbeatable location, placing you moments from pristine Atlantic beaches, the Indian River Lagoon, and charming downtown boutiques. The interior features a bright, airy layout designed for relaxation after a day of Florida sunshine. Whether you are here for world-class fishing or a quiet family getaway, Sunny Daze offers the perfect base.
1. Checkout is strictly at 10:00AM unless previous arrangements have been made. Our cleaning teams are scheduled precisely to ensure the home is perfect for the next guest.
2. No smoking or vaping. This applies to the entire interior of the home. Any evidence or odor of smoking will result in a deep cleaning fee.
3. No parties or unauthorized events. Only the number of guests on the reservation are permitted on the property after 10:00PM.
4. Quiet Hours: 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Please respect our neighbors!
5. No pets on furniture or beds.
6. Please park on the left side of the driveway. The right side is the long-term tenant`s spot.
7. Please rinse sand off of items or persons entering the home after a beach trip.
8. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. This home is on septic, flushing anything but toilet paper can cause a backup.
