Great location if you want to walk around Oceanside. Keypad entry makes it great for multiple people. Porch & steps are not great for small kids or seniors - there’s no railing on the porch or the steps down to the driveway so caution needed there. Reactive dogs might find the constant stream of people walking by outside a bit too much, but otherwise it’s lovely.
