Located 2 blocks from Central Park, close proximity to Lincoln Center, and just 1 mile away from Columbus Circle, you can enjoy the tranquility the upper west side while having access to many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. With a cozy bedroom featuring a queen bed and a large comfortable sofa, the bathroom is equipped with a jetted bathtub. Sunlight shines through large windows from the east, the west and the south all day long. Heater and AC available and pet friendly. Laundry service in the building, and daily cleaning service available upon request. This peaceful oasis provides the perfect escape. Fantastic Apt. Monica was super kind, and fast to respond to any issues. Lots of lovely features- Probably not great for a longer term guest- no extra bedding…but my son stayed a few nights very comfortably on the sofa. WiFi perfect and location unbeatable. Grocery shops everywhere, and some great restaurants. Windows let in oodles of light, although the building should get them cleaned! But it’s a great feeling, cheerful and it looks back to gardens and patios, so you get crickets and birdsong, along with the usual NYC sounds… with eindows shut it’s very quiet. Mine was late summer/autumn stay. Only used air con once but it was fantastic. Useful if you’re a plant lover- there are a lot of them- which make the apt very green! There are clear instructions on most of them. My treat was an orchid that just kept blooming. Fantastically equipped kitchen if you like to cook. Plenty of pots, pans, an air fryer, a good sharp knife( rare in a rental) nespresso machine, and more. Laundry in the basement- some issues with water pressure in the building, the toilet takes a few flushes, but it all functioned in the end.
