Located in the heart of the Upper West Side, steps from Central Park and many wonderful shops and restaurants, this bright, sunny large one bedroom apartment faces the garden side of the building. It is located two flights up in a gut renovated historic brownstone townhouse.

It boasts high ceilings, hardwood floors, large windows with drapes and custom blinds, and Elfa custom-designed closets. .
The living area comes complete with a full-size sofa-bed, a state-of-the-art media center with 32” HDTV and a Playstation 3 Blu-ray Player ready for streaming (Netflix, Youtube, etc. ), WiFi Router as well four RJ45 jacks for broadband internet connection.
The bedroom is home to a queen size bed , a dresser and a large closet.
The eat-in kitchen features granite counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher. It is also fully stocked with all the basics you will need for day-to-day living: a toaster, coffee maker, and electric water kettle. The glass kitchen table overlooks the garden of the building and completely private.
The European-tiled bathroom has a bathtub and shower in tub, extensive storage below and above the sink, and a toilet.
Additional amenities:
Please kindly note: $ 1,500 security deposit for up to a month stay and a full month security deposit for more than 30 days stay is payable to host when guests move in. The security deposit will be refunded after moving out by the host.
The utilities are to be discussed with the host for stays of 30 days or longer.
The living Room and bedroom have their own separate remote controlled AC units.

Faultless. Great apartments, appear recently refurbished and amazing service for a VRBO - Izzy and team assisted promptly with any questions. The apartment had absolutely everything you needed. It was very clean on arrival. He checked in through the stay in case he could do any more. Perfect location on quaint UWS street. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was perfect for the two of us and the location can’t be beat - close to Central Park, great restaurants, shopping and transportation. Fantastic

The apartment was terrific. It was clean, well-appointed and very comfortable (which was critical during hot and humid summer days). The location (upper westside) was great, with lots of nearby restaurants, cafes, dry cleaners and grocery stores. The property manager was super-friendly and responsive. I would unhesitatingly rent from this manger again.
