This beautiful, family friendly condo is hitting the vacation rental market for the first time! It is perfect for small families planning a trip to the white sands and emerald waters of Pensacola Beach. This unit is on the first floor (up one flight of stairs) and features awesome north and south facing views with water in every direction! An elevator is also available if you prefer not to take the stairs. There is a south facing balcony with stunning gulf views and a northeast facing balcony that wraps around the back and side of the condo.
Inside you'll find two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, smart TV, and balcony access. The front bedroom has a full size bunk bed that can accommodate up to 4 kids. The large kitchen is fully equipped to handle the whole family's needs. The open dining and living rooms boast magnificent views of the Santa Rosa Sound and Gulf of Mexico. There is also a desk if you just have to get work done. A full size washer and dryer are also available in the unit .

Nice accommodations, clean, good location close to the beach, Peg Leg Pete’s, Fort Pickens and the only store on this end of town. Pool was beautiful, bay view was beautiful as well. Functional full kitchen with everything you need as well as laundry. TV channels are fully adequate as well as streaming options too.

Loved the stay. Would come again in a heartbeat. The place offered a bright and sunny location with easy access to both the bay and the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our own meals.

Wonderful, bright and cheerful beachy place with great views. Everything was clean and it had all amenities for cooking, blankets, etc. Had to contact host for an issue and it was taken care of immediately. We will be back!!!

It needs to be trashed. We had an overall good stay, but the condo is extremely dated with old dirty furniture. It's in desperate need of upgrades. It gave off cheap hotel vibes and not nice beach condo vibes. The host was friendly and responsive. The condo was well stocked with essentials. We felt safe and the location was great. No major issues, just not impressed. We likely won't stay there again. I prefer something a little nicer with clean sofas to lounge on. I've stayed in beach condos that were very well cared for. This was not one of them.
