Santa Rosa Dunes 3rd floor condo (complete with elevator) provides amazing views from TWO private balconies! From the front balcony, watch the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. From the rear wrap-around balcony, view the scenery of the Santa Rosa Sound… the perfect place to take in breath-taking sunsets, watch sailboats and view the coastal wildlife. Easy access across the street to the Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beaches! Located on the East end of Pensacola Beach. Walk next door to the local’s favorite…Peg Leg Pete’s Seafood Restaurant! Only a 5 minute drive to Quietwater Beach Boardwalk and the Pensacola Pier, where you will find an array of shopping and dining options.
Kitchen is fully stocked. Breakfast bar seats 3, dining room seats 6.
Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, rocking/swivel recliner, and a wall mounted 55” flat screen smart TV. Remote control window shades added!
Master bedroom has a king size bed with 10” memory foam mattress and 100% cotton bedding. It also includes a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV and shower.
Secondary bedroom has two twin beds with 10” memory foam mattresses and 100% cotton bedding. It also includes a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV and a bath/shower combo with Jacuzzi tub.

We came in for a visit with our son for the holiday weekend. The description was spot on the place was clean, easy to get to and enjoyable to stay at. We will definitely be booking here again. Loved the location and views. So relaxing and nice to be able to be comfortable on such an important trip. Thanks for hosting such a beautiful place. Also the beach chairs were a surprise and not having to buy a small cooler really was a great perk also. Pool area was really nice. Walked to the beach with no problem. Great all around. Thanks

Property was exactly as shown. Beautiful views and very clean. Evertyhing you need, including a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!
