Relax with the whole family at villa Kosmos. This 3-bedroomed villa has just been renovated and has a lovely pool area with sea views. There is a garden with sitting area on the other side of the house, under the trees. The 3 bedrooms are downstairs, together with the 2 bathrooms. There are 2 rooms with a double bed, and a twin bedroom. Upstairs is the living area with open plan kitchen and dining area, with access to the upper terrace. It is very easy to reach on a central yet quiet spot.



The bedrooms are all on entrance level, on the ground floor. There is a twin bedroom, and there are 2 double bedrooms. There is also a sofa bed in the space adjacent to the master bedroom. If needed, a child could sleep here.

There are also 2 bedrooms on ground level.

Up the stairs is the living room with open plan kitchen. It gives access to the terrace in the front that overlooks the swimming pool area.

The swimming pool area has sunbeds and umbrellas. On the other side of the building is a lovely green garden. There is sufficient parking space on the communal parking that borders this group of villas.



The villa is set in a small community of privately owned villas, and is well kept and very peaceful. The villa is within walking distance of the beaches of Ahladies, Sklithri and Tzaneria (Nostos) and the area is lovely for hiking.



There is a spacious parking area behind the villa. There is a bus stop within walking distance. And there are nice paths to hike
