    Before you check in, front desk would tell you to make sure that the room is ok since they charge if something is broken or missing upon check out which is reasonable. Now comes the actual experience... Upon entering our room, dissapointed, the room is dirty. For a hotel which is fairly new, there are molds behind the back of the beddings, which explain the foul smell at first. Floors with visible dust and hairs, even the bathroom has cracks which they remedied with some tile glue. The matress has visible yellow discoloration. When i called the front desk, they sent housekeeping to look and yeah they clean for a bit and just sprayed air freshener to the room. I dont understand why they didnt do that before. They didnt even bother to transfer us to a new one. Also the reviews that others post about the flies in the area even in their restaurant is true. The food on the buffet is great in my opinion but seeing flies flying around and even touching some of the foods, well... The only good part that stand out for me is the location, which is near the wharf for your 100 island tour.

    We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We booked 9 rooms. They charged Everything and call it corkage fee. We stayed in 3rd floor. Bathroom stinks and you smell sewage. The restaurant where they served breakfast had lots of flies. I have to tell one of the waiters about it. The tables are dirty. It was raining and its leaking in the lobby from the roof. We want to settle my parent’s account and they said the Manager is coming out. Were were waiting for 20 mins and finally she came out of her office after they realized we were getting upset. Proxy Hotel does not know how to be hospitable, accommodating and not friendly.
