The Social Hub Groningen Extended Stay

Hatten 2 Wochen extended stay gebucht.

The location is very nice, with many places close to the accommodation, and my wife and I enjoyed our stay over these days. I would recommend it.

I had an issue with the reception staff at the beginning of my stay. I don’t know her name, but one of the receptionists treated me poorly, and the welcome was not good. I believe the beginning of a stay is very important, and guests should be treated with more care. On the checkout day, however, I was very pleased with the service from the receptionist. He was very kind and professional, and I appreciated his attitude. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff also did not meet expectations. I had to contact reception to request room cleaning because it was not done on the scheduled day.
