Casa Sanaa - Sea view

The best apartment I ever stayed in. Stunning view, beautiful decor, apt well equipped, extremely helpful staff.

Location, design, comfort, view

Lack of amenities: no water, no shampoo, some cheap hand soap and a dishwashing liquid, it felt very Petty for such a luxury apartments . We had to buy our own water on our way from the airport

The property was exactly as in the pictures, the view was breathtaking & the access to the beach was definitely a plus. It allowed us to walk to & from other locations in Watamu .

There was an unpleasant smell in the entire house that made it hard to spend quality time in the villa as well as to sleep well, we woke up with stuffed noses majority of the time. We thought it was a cleaning problem but even when the house was cleaned the stench persisted, not even the aircon helped with this. The facilities such as the couch and other aspects made us uncomfortable to use. We were not able to use the cutlery, glassware, kitchenware or pots because it looked like it hadn’t been used for ages, some of them were rusted and it may probably have been unhygienic . The en-suite bedroom didn’t consistent have hot water from the geyser and this was quite inconvenient. Overall, the property seems to require a bit more work in terms of overall maintenance to have a comfortable stay.
