Magnificent White House Semporna

The room so spacious. I travel with two friends and we love the room. Provide with all facilities, air conditioning good, iron well function, tv also so many channel and very good ambient.

Overall, considering the overall environment of Semporna, this hotel is almost equivalent to a four-star standard.The hotel is located on a secondary road, so the enviroment was quiet and clean. As we checked in, the hotel was still under partial renovation, so there were very few guests, we practically had the entire hotel to ourselves.

The hotel didn't seem ready to open when we checked in, so there were few staff members—and they couldn't communicate in English,however, they still helped me solve the problem very well by communicating through translation software. We found at midnight that there was no hot water in the bathroom (perhaps because we didn't know how to use the local water heater). A self-help manual and instructions may be helpful to future guests. Additionally, asthe hotel is located far from Semporna jetty, sometimes it's really hard to get a taxi.

We had a wonderful stay! The owner, who also manages the property, was extremely friendly and responsive throughout our visit. Our return flight to KUL was in the late evening, and they graciously allowed us to check out at our own convenience. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more relaxing. During our stay, Semporna was facing a town-wide water supply issue. Despite this, the owner went above and beyond by providing us with a carton of bottled water while waiting for the third-party supply to be restored. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Semporna. Excellent hospitality and truly considerate service!
