Gute Lage, gemütliche Atmosphäre

Leider gab/gibt es ein Ameisenproblem, wir wissen die bekommt man nicht von heute auf morgen in den Griff und in Apartments ist das oft etwas gefährlicher als in Hotelzimmer da nicht jeden Tag gereinigt wird! Aber leider sollte so etwas nicht sein.. Es war auch nicht wirklich sauber, das Geschirr mussten wir nochmal reinigen, der Boden war auch etwas schmutzig und generell war es nicht zu 100% sauber

Asunto oli lämmin vaikka makuuhuoneessa oli lasiseinät. Kattoterassilla oli mukava viettää aikaa. Sängyssä oli hyvä nukkua, patja on melko kova. Toimiva keittiö. Tyylikäs kylpyhuone. Keskeinen sijainti vilkkaalla ravintola-alueella.

Vaatteiden ripustustilaa ei voi käyttää, koska se on siivouskaapin perällä vaikeassa paikassa. Kylpyhuoneessa voisi olla lisää pyyhekoukkuja, wc-harja oli huono. Portaita on paljon, ylös on vaikea päästä painavan matkalaukun kanssa. Televisiota emme saaneet toimimaan eikä siihen löytynyt ratkaisua, vaikka viestittelimme henkilökunnan kanssa. Sijainnista johtuen ajoittain hälyisä.

Fantastic little property in a perfect location in the old town.So convenient for restaurants,bars, shops and the beach. The roof top terrace was a fabulous bonus and was a real little sun trap even in December. The apartment was immaculate with a lovely bathroom and had everything we needed for a relaxing week away. The owners were really quick to respond to any questions and gave clear instructions as to how to obtain the keys

The only slight negatives were that there wasn’t much hanging/ drawer space for clothes but as we were only there for a week it wasn’t too much of an issue and the only mirror was the one in the bathroom

Le manque d'assistance . Il faut récupérer les clefs a une autre adresse que le bien. Aucun contact physique. Aucune réponse aux questions posées avant l'arrivée . Le bien est presenté comme un 2 pieces (critère principal de sélection et acceptation du tarif prohibitif) sauf qu'il n'y a aucune séparation entre la chambre et le salon, donc c'est un 1piece. Pas de gel douche. La TV est inutilisable, ainsi que le chromcast. Le frigo est un mini bar. 193€ la nuit pour avoir a acheter pq, gel douche, et déranger celui qui dort quand on reste dans le salon, a ce tarif nous aurions dû aller au Melia !! Le boucan jusque 5h du matin dans la rue. C'est un appartement instagram uniquement . Sinon la salle de bain est agréable. La terrasse sale, la clim demande a ce que les filtres soient changés (déjà vu dans un commentaire de mars et nous sommes fin juin). Aucun placard pour ranger les vêtements
