Apartament rodzinny, w formie mieszkania. Lokalizacja to strzał w dziesiątkę. Z dala od zgiełku i w solidnym budownictwie. Ani grama pleśni, brak problemów z wodą. Doskonały na pobyt z dziećmi. Wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Ogromny plus za wygodne łóżka w sypialni, wygodną kanapę w salonie i dużą kuchnię. Wystrój bardzo gustowny, z akcentami toruńskimi.

Świetna lokalizacja. Chwila spaceru i wchodzi się na stare miasto. Blisko przystanek autobusowy i dworzec PKP i PKS. Mieszkanie zadbane, przytulne, odnowione, zadbane.
Kuchenka gazowa odbiegała od standardu mieszkania.
