sembra di essere veramente in Brasile, i colori vivaci e mobili particolari, la signora Eduarda con la sua accoglienza, sempre disponibile e gentile, ci ha gentilmente offerto di posticipare il check out non avendo ospiti il giorno dopo e sapendo che la sera avremmo fatto tardi, nel bagno c’erano addirittura gli assorbenti che ho trovato davvero un tocco in più, la cucina era ben fornita, la consiglio assolutamente e ci tornerei

Struttura in una posizione molto comoda, in pochissimi minuti si raggiunge piazza Mazzini e in un attimo si è in spiaggia. Arredata in stile antico ma pulita e tenuta molto bene. La padrona di casa super accogliente e super disponibile.

La comodità della casa e ospitalità della proprietaria molto gentile ,in una bella posizione in 5 min sei in spiaggia 😊

• Friendly hosts. • The house “Villa Brazil B&B” looks well maintained and of good quality, both from the outside and inside. • The outdoor areas are neat and clean, as are the corridors, the marble floors, and the common areas. • The additional guest toilet was very clean and nicely decorated. • Overall, the property itself is solidly built and gives a good first impression.

• The breakfast was extremely disappointing. Instead of a “good Italian breakfast” as advertised on Booking, there were only pre-packaged sweets (croissants, cookies, snack cakes, biscuits). No fresh bread, no butter, no cheese, no cold cuts, no eggs. Coffee had to be prepared by the guests themselves. For a Bed & Breakfast this feels misleading, especially since other guests were also disappointed and brought their own breakfast. • The booked Deluxe Room (25 m² with king-size bed) did not match the description. A refrigerator was listed, but in reality it was only in the shared kitchen and had to be used with other guests. It was already almost full, leaving hardly any space for our own food. • The room was poorly furnished: a miniature TV, only a small broken drawer cabinet, no wardrobe, no hangers, no place to hang clothes. • The bathroom was inadequate: the bathtub did not work (no drain plug), so we could only wash with the hand shower. No shower curtain, several lamps were broken, and there were almost no hooks or racks to dry towels. My beach towel was stained with rust from the balcony railing. • The shared kitchen was poorly equipped: no toaster, only three coffee cups and two teaspoons for five guests (one was dirty), pots old and unappealing, no cutting board, most cupboards empty and dirty inside, drawers and doors in poor condition (handles fell off). • The refrigerator in the kitchen was damaged (missing handle) and impractical. • Waste disposal was unclear: the kitchen bin was overflowing and not emptied during our stay. No instructions on waste separation and no outdoor bins visible. • Even basic things were missing, such as a toilet brush in the guest WC.
