Het is een heel mooi gebouw en het is er heel erg schoon. Het is nieuw en het is met zorg aangekleed. Afwerking heeft hoog nivo. Ontbijt wordt in de ochtend op een gewenst moment aangeleverd. Goede televisie en mooie badkamer. Er is een ruim balkon aanwezig.
