C’était confortable. L’hôte à été très accommodant et il nous a donné d’excellents conseils pour visiter la ville.

The location is good, but it is not a city center. However, for a young man who can walk fast, and tolerates the heat, it is under 30 minutes walking to the center. Also not far to the central bus station. All the facilities in the bathroom and kitchen perfectly working. For budget travellers, like us, the vicinity of the arab shops with cheap fruits and vegetables, was an advantage. The host was flexible to let us leave the luggage before the check-in. The bed was comfortable, the room was relatively quiet, sometimes a quarel in the street and you have to listen to it beacause int he summer you have to keep the window open.

1. It has not been cleaned for weeks, even the trash was in the trash bin. Not very important for me, but problematic with smell of deceying food. 2. The keys were not working because "someone" has broken the lock". 3. and the most important: It is a question, what one shall expect reading "a room with a shared bathroom and kitchen". During my 14 years of experience with Booking.com , we have often booked this option. And it was always a big appartment, where there was a separate kitchen and the toilets and showers for the guest only. The owner could sometimes hava a room there, but he had his private area, including toilet and shower. Here it is totally different - a 2-rooms appartment, where the host lives in one room permanently, and has his belongings both in the kitchen, including refrigerator, and in the bathroom. So most of the space in the kitchen and bathroom is for him. He empties the trash also when HE likes. He does not disturb, he holds himself in his room or is out, but it is not the same, it is HIS home. Like "staying with a host family". I mean that it SHOULD be mentioned clearly on Booking.com, because it is definitely not what one expects, it is a different category! Not to speak that such an option is usually much cheaper. This room could be acceptable for somebody - the host has the right to organize it how he wants, but it is the hiding of the important information which is not acceptable. And for us, elderly people, this information was crucial. 4. We knew there was no air - conditioning. But then there should be an option to keep the window open, but the courtain down. There was not such an option. And there was no information that it was the 4th (4th English) floor without a lift. 5. The communication in English is almost only through Google Translator, so I had to use my very limited Spanish to clarify anything upon the very standard situations.

Tylko 20 minut od centrum i muzeum, 10 metrów świetny bar, świetna relacja ceny do jakości, bardzo pomocny i miły host. Host mieszka w sąsiednim pokoju, ważne byłoby tylko poinformować o tym, że ten drugi pokój zajmuje właściciel a nie inni przypadkowi turyści. Jak tylko to się wyjaśniło wszystko inne jest super.
