Habitación en apartamento con zonas comunes compartida H2

El apartamento es precioso y está todo muy nuevo. Super limpio

La zona es un poco delicada.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The accommodation was much cleaner than we expected, had more facilities than we anticipated and was excellent value for money. staff were very helpfull providing all teh information we needed for a good check in and check out. It was easy to walk to all the places we wanted to visit, making it a great base for exploring Bilbao. We'd also just finished four days on the Camino, so it was the perfect place to rest and recover.

The only minor downside was that the shower didn't drain particularly well and the shared bathrooms were maybe not deep cleaned every day. That said, considering the price and that it was a shared space, neither of these affected our stay very much and it was still way tidier and cleaner than we expected.

The apartment very clean, comfortable, we had a great stay.

You will have good sleep, you can make your own breakfast or dinner, close to train station and old town, very comfortable to stay.

Il prezzo è conveniente, a 20 min a piedi dal centro storico.

Zona popolare ma decente, non paragonabile all'adiacente San Francisco, che invece sconsiglierei vivamente per motivi di sicurezza. Il palazzo è un po' trascurato, mentre l'appartamento è stato da poco ristrutturato e con arredamento essenziale. Le pulizie delle zone comuni non vengono fatte in modo approfondito, ma noi italiani abbiamo standard di pulizia notoriamente più elevati di altri stati europei.
