Location was good, easy aproachable by transport, the flat clean and well supplayed...

the downpart was that uppon arrival i had a problems with finding the flat,It took me a lots of time to find the right building. As soon as i found the building it was a difficult to get with so much luggage on the last floor, no lift yummer but the biggest dissepointment was not to find a key, and i got frustrated because nobody answered my calls, whole one hour i was busy with looking for the key and no anser to my calls, and I left planty of messages, the temperature outside was 0 celsius in the evening and i was with my doughter, with limited wifi i couldnt see your messages. the way how to get to the flat should be the most obvious and clear as soon as i make the payment. It shouldnt be taken for granted a fact that all the custumers should know the way you hide the key to the flat. I am new to booking .com and you should treat all with clear basic description straight to my phone and not down in the mail as the last information...

A localização, muito perto do metro e autocarro, algum comercio perto para pequenas compras, como por exemplo pequeno almoço. Zona sossegada.

Extremamente difícil encontrar o apartamento, principalmente se for de noite, ruas escuras. quando ligamos não atendem. Entrada do edifício péssima. Alojamento sem grande conforto, cama desconfortável, falta de torradeira, WC com duche prestes a partir e tampo da sanita sempre a sair do sitio. Contactei por diversas vezes o alojamento antes da viagem por causa do chek-in e nunca obtive resposta.

Pobyt był super! Apartament bardzo czysty, przytulny i dobrze wyposażony. Wszystko zgodne z opisem, okolica spokojna, blisko do centrum. Kontakt z obsługą bez problemu, wszystko sprawnie. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę!

Есть вопрос к качеству уборки. В углах паутина, люстра в гостиной вся в мухах. Поломано сиденье на унитазе. С ростом 170-180 см в душевой кабине неудобно мыться, шланги текут.
