The apartment appears to be very recently renovated, it is clean and bright and reasonably well equipped for longer stays.
The bedding and towels were clean and fresh and the apartment is equipped with a small washing machine and modern kitchen equipment.
There are no facilities at all for making coffee, even a french press would step this apartment up a level. There was often a smell of sewage in the shared staircase, this is not unique to older buildings, but it was very noticeable in this property.
