Nice view from all windows, super friendly hosts, punctual and ready to help!.
Everything was almost perfect, it is roomy flat and comfortable, quiet despite it is close to one of the main road. Nice view from all windows, sunny rooms in the morning which is very healthy. You can close the the window cover if you do not like the sun and then the room will be very dark and you can sleep longer in the morning.

Suitable for travellers
On leaving our bus we contacted the host, within 5 - 10 mins of leaving the bus we were in the apartment. On leaving the apartment we were on our onward journey by bus within minutes.
The kitchen is limited and consists of one electric turkish coffee maker for boiling water and one hob and a frying pan, this was enough for us as there were so many eating establishments in this area. We recommend the bakery opposite for breakfast items.
Though located on a busy street, this apartment is high and has double glazing, together with external metal roller blinds to ensure a peaceful stay in the main bedroom. The king size bed is a bit lumpy, but the two singles are comfortable.
Enclosed balcony/kitchen has nice views and was a nice place for a beer at the end of the day.
This place suited our needs for a one night stay.

The location was close to everything and to the town centre.
The flat was tidy and clean.
The bedroom itself was very clean however There was sewage water smell coming from the toilet all time.
The water supply was intermittent, it looks like there was some maintaining works going in Shkoder but there was no backup in the building.
The bedroom window was large and facing sunrise with a very light curtain which will wake you up quite early if you are not having your sleeping eye mask.

First of all, the apartments are very clean and the location is good in the middle of the city center. The view is very beautiful and it is close to everything. What I liked is that the apartments are surrounded by four-star and five-star hotels and are close to transportation and close to two mosques. This is ideal for the dear ones and I advise all guests to stay in this place.

The location couldn’t be more convenient, right in the city center and just a short walk from the main bus station, making day trips and travel connections incredibly easy. The apartment is filled with natural light and strikes the perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy warmth. The host was responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful.

La posizione.
Premessa: L'host mi ha permesso di cancellare una delle due notti su booking e mi ha restituito metà del soggiorno (ovvero una notte).
Abbiamo cercato di risolvere in modo civile e costruttivo alcune criticità dell’appartamento, ma l’atteggiamento dell’host è stato difensivo e privo di reale disponibilità all'ascolto.
Appena rientrati la sera, abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi:
– il bagno non era pulito adeguatamente e dal lavandino provenivano cattivi odori;
– il cestino del bagno era pieno di carta dei precedenti ospiti;
– il WC scaricava male;
– una delle luci restava accesa anche da spenta;
– l’alloggio dava una sensazione generale di trascuratezza e instabilità.
Ho scritto all’host con toni gentili, e a dire il vero si è resa subito disponibile per la cancellazione di una notte e ad un rimborso. Le ho fatto notare che c'erano delle questioni basilari che andavano riviste e la risposta è stata che “non è realistico aspettarsi un hotel a 5 stelle pagando 10 euro a notte”, invece di affrontare il problema con professionalità o semplicemente scusarsi.
Le foto e i messaggi documentano tutto: nessun accenno di empatia, solo giustificazioni e insinuazioni sul fatto che le segnalazioni fossero inventate.
Un’esperienza spiacevole non per il prezzo, ma per la mancanza di rispetto verso l’ospite e la totale assenza di collaborazione. Al momento del check-out la host è salita per le scale non appena siamo arrivati al piano terra con l'ascensore e il marito si è avvicinato con fare minaccioso con i soldi in monete, per cui li abbiamo presi abbiamo ringraziato e ce ne siamo andati. Non ha detto nient'altro ma sembrava quasi voler continuare a discutere della questione.

Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und auch Check-out. Direkt im Zentrum, alles war in der Nähe. Klimaanlage war top. Ein grosser Kühlschrank war auch vorhanden. Sehr geräumiges Apartment. Alles in einem, war es super! Sehr empfehlenswert.
Hat mit dem Apartment nichts zu tun aber die Parkplätze die am nächsten sind, waren sehr teuer. Ein generelles Problem in den Städten.
