Het uitzicht, voldoende plaats om te parkeren, de moderne en verzorgde meubels en gordijnen etc. E
Het ontbreken van een gewone koffiezet.De douche , maar hier zal aangewerkt worden in de nabije toekomst.

Super Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Helle Wohnung. Überwiegend modernisiert. Schöner Balkon. Gutes Mobiliar.
TV ohne Satellitempfang. Badezimmer/Dusche sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Licht im Bad unzureichend, nur 1 Handtuchhalter! Keine Sitzkissen für die Balkonstühle. Die Befestigungen für die Sonnenmarkise waren locker und defekt.
