Прекрасная большая, оборудованная всем необходимым квартира в новом доме. Огромная терраса с видом на бассейн. Просторный, удобный паркинг. Ключи получили в ящике с кодовым замком управляющей компании, все просто и понятно..Ремонт в квартире качественный, мебель подобрана со вкусом. Два просторных хорошо оснащенных санузла. В двух шагах большой супермаркет. Были в феврале, поэтому не могу оценить пляж. До Малаги ехать чуть больше получаса. Можно по трассе чуть быстрее, можно вдоль моря через живописные городишки. до Нерхи полчаса. оченб рекомендую и сам город и пещеру.

The flat met our expectations 100%. Great location (on the outskirts of Torre del Mar). Perfect layout - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with dining area and kitchen, and a south-facing terrace. The flat has all the appliances necessary for comfortable living: a toaster, washing machine, ironing set. The kitchen has basic equipment for 4-6 people. Comfortable terrace with lounge suite. Sea view, but this will probably change in a few years when the plot opposite is built on. Comfortable and spacious wardrobes. Towels, TV with high-speed internet and cable TV available. There is even a spare USB-C cable for your phone in case you forget yours :). Individually controlled air conditioning for each room. Access to a swimming pool within the complex (the pool closes at 9 p.m.). Parking space available in the underground garage. Mercadona nearby. A few practical notes: 1. The property is rented through Holidu, so information about stays and payments will come from Holidu. However, check-in details are agreed upon via WhatsApp with the rental office (thank you, Andreas). 2. Only the address of the apartment is provided: Calle Mar Rojo Nº3, Bloque 2, Portal 4, Planta 2, Puerta B2, 29740 Torre del Mar. This means: drive to Calle Mar Rojo 3, use the remote control to open the first and second entrance gates, drive into the garage until you reach number 54, park and enter through door number 04. Then take the lift to the 2nd floor and the keys fit apartment number B. For pedestrians, this means: go to Calle Mar Rojo 3, use the key to the first gate on the right, go around to the back of the building, enter through door number 4 and take the lift to the second floor, apartment B. 3. Housekeeping: sorted rubbish must be taken to the bins across the street, mixed rubbish - there is a bin around the corner.

Absolutely brilliant, better than we expected. loved the apartment very clean and had everything you could want. A stones throw from the nearest supermarket. short walk to the beach and Torre. I will not be making any comments in the didn't like box as their wasn't anything to dislike! only one small suggestion and that would be more pillows for the beds.
