Hotel Restaurant Les Brases

Comfortable rooms, good aircon, safe parking for motorbikes.

Stayed here before and would always go back. Resturant on site was really useful with some great value for money meals avaialble.

Very little information on our arrival on both the town and the N260 road which we had come to visit.

What we liked: - Breakfast was really good, with a lot of variety and very tasty. - The room felt almost new and was spacious. - WiFi worked well when it worked. - A waiter checked us in and was warm and welcoming. - Parking in Sort is free with plenty of spaces everywhere. - Phenomenal location; rafting and hiking in this region are a must.

What we didn't like: - The safe didn't work. - The room felt new, but it's as if they renovated it halfway then gave up. The wardrobe and some furniture were old. - Bathroom instead of cea - The pillows were extremely soft and uncomfortable. - The bathroom lacked water pressure and hot water. - Breakfast is served in the restaurant, which is due for renovation. We get that renovating is a big job, but at the very least it could be kept clean. - Flies everywhere, in the room and the restaurant, though the whole region seems to have this issue. - Reception staff seemed miserable and unapproachable when asked anything. - Some guests smoked in their rooms, so the smell carried into ours. - In the bathroom, instead of a proper ceiling there was glass wool held up by paneling. It didn't look good and felt below standard.
