きれいな大浴場があり、冷蔵庫（冷凍庫）が大きく、ベランダに水道がついていて、物干しスペースあり、ベットは寝心地よく、駐車場も不便なく、きれいな室内で快適に過ごせた。
ソファもテーブルも小さく2人でギリギリで、4人での利用は厳しい、また、スーツケースを広げる場所が床なので何かほしい。

全体的に清潔。 大浴場は空いていてよかった。外国人が多いので部屋のシャワーを利用する人が多いのかも。 近くにコンビニ、スーパー、１００キン、ドラッグストアもあって便利。
スタッフが常駐していないので、バスタオルが足りないときに困った。大浴場に小さいタオルがたくさんあったのでそれで対応できた。
