清潔感があり、水回りが整備されていたのが良かった。
施設自体がリフォーム済みなのか非常に新しい印象だった。
間取りが1LDKでエアコンも各部屋についているのが9カ月の娘と共に滞在するのに非常に良かった。
虫の侵入が少なかったのが良かった。殺虫剤があったのも良し。
冷蔵庫が小型だが単身者用冷蔵庫といったもので、冷凍庫もあるのでまともに使えるもので助かった。
ガス乾燥機が大変良かった。
マットレスが柔らかすぎた。幸い腰痛にはならなかったが、マットレスは硬めの方が良い。枕が高すぎた。
ゴミ袋の替えの用意が欲しかった。4泊5日では交換が必要だったが、予備が見つけられなかった。
浴槽があると尚良かった。
玄関とリビングの間がなく、家に入ると即リビングという間取りが好みではなかった。
