La Poza Condominio

Excellent location, clean, and basically brand new condo. They had 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 4 regular chairs for the beach. Washing machine was a plus. Large amount of purified water was also provided which was great! Host was easily reachable before and during the stay. Street was quiet from 11pm till 9am. Golf cart rental, and bank across the street. Mini mart, excellent tacos at end of block, 2 cafe right below you, 1.5 blocks to Playa Norte. Highly recommend and will be staying again next time on the island. Rooftop pool was njce.

Could have had extra pillows in the guest room. The address when looking from booking is incorrect, just Google Maps La Poza Condos to get an accurate address. Very strict on the arrival time of 4pm. Check out in the app says 1030, we were told 10 when we asked, how were they allowed us to stay to 11 without issue. Maybe some clearer check-out, check in rules. Also no fault to them but the wifi password was missing in the room, but the security was able to get us connected.

Great location!

Absolutely fabulous apartment. Modern, clean, spacious, 2 beds and 2 en-suites. Excellent location, 3 minute walk from the most gorgeous beach, playa Norte. Close to fabulous restaurants and great island vibe. Fantastic staff. Excellent coffee shop downstairs- just great. Would not hesitate to book it again.

We really liked this place. Location is very good, but it's definitely not 'resort-ish', so not for everybody. Noisy karaoke bar across the street - usually shut down by 11 Pm. We found the commercial street good for people watching from the balcony. The bank and appliance store had good local population traffic, and the scooter rental place was a bonus for tourist observation. Front entrance staff were good, especially Estephan on days. Two blocks to the eastern beaches (no swimming), and a bit further to Playa Norte and Playa Central. No more than four minutes walk. Excellent for small local restaurants, and only a block or so from the main tourist street. Two blocks to the public square in Centro: grocery store and street food stalls. 60 steps to the Mercado: fruit, local restaurants, and food stands. The unit had beach gear: 2 Hawaii style Tommy Bahama chairs and 4 regular folding chairs. Beach towels were provided too. If you want a bit of culture with your beach in an otherwise pretty commercial place, this works.

Every vacation rental has dull kitchen knives. The streak continues. The second bathroom had a sign indicating used paper was to go in the bin & not to be flushed. We're fine with that. Not the first time. But it's a little 'not for everybody' thing. The principal bedroom did not have the same sign.
