About this apartment rental
Perched on the edge of the Caribbean, this beautiful beachfront home features two private, two bedroom apartments. Just five minutes from downtown, it is located on the airport road with a view of the Cancun skyline on one side and the majestic beauty of the open Caribbean on the other. The authentic furnishings and accessories have been chosen with care from the diverse regions in Mexico.
There is access to the beach via the stairs along the patio and cliff area on the north side of the patio.
This is a great location just south of the downtown (restaurants, shops, Playa Norte), but close enough to walk if you want to. Golf cart(s) are available to rent for the day or week by request.
Upper Villa
The round marble table in the dining room separates the sunken living room with TV (w/cable) from the well-equipped kitchen . A/C in Living room and kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room and the master bedroom to large terraces. Adirondack chairs provide comfortable seating for enjoying morning coffee, or afternoon cocktails, while watching the waves. The master bedroom has a king bed, A/C, and a full bathroom. There is a cutout in the shower, so while bathing, you can still enjoy a view of the sea. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, A/C, and a full bathroom. There are two balconies on the street side, one from the dining-room, the other from the Bedroom both have amazing water views .

Great communication with host Lisa. She hooked us up with a concierge to do our shopping and stock the fridge prior to our arrival. Casa Sea Cliff is an amazing property with views that will blow your mind. Perfect spot for two couples, close enough to walk home along the safe oceanfront paved path on the east side of the island after a wonderful dinner. Isla brewing and other great restaurants and taco carts within walking distance, cabs are everywhere and only 100-150 pesos to go pretty much on the island. Would stay again!

I had such a fantastic stay at Sea Cliff. It was cool enough while I was there to have the doors open and sleep to the sound of the ocean and wake to an incredible sunset every morning plus the bed was very comfortable. You can even see the ocean from a window in the shower. I appreciated the amenities like the fresh drinking water dispenser, plenty of towels including beach towels, a nice toaster oven/air fryer combo and plenty of kitchen essentials. There are also beach chairs on the cliff on the ground level. The property manager was great to work with and had excellent communication. The location is ideal as well - just south of the busy area so it was very peaceful yet a short and cheap taxi ride to get to centro or North Beach. I will definitely be staying again.
