I had a lovely stay at Bridge Street Cardiff, would definitely go there again.

I stayed in a nice, clean room on the top floor with a great view. Perfectly located in the centre, close to bus stops and many restaurants and cafes. Lovely staff downstairs to help with check in, check out or any questions.

My stay would have been even more perfect if there would have been a trash bin in the room and some extra toilet paper in the bathroom.

Good location, room needs a bit of love

Very convenient location for shops and public transport. The room was mostly good value for money.

No bin was provided in the room or the en-suite. A previous occupant seemed to have been swatting ladybirds with their shoes and they’d left marks and leftovers all over the walls and ceiling. One of the plug sockets was only barely attached to the wall.

An experience that I regret

The location is central The reception guys always willing to help

Didn't expect to find a very badic room.. a bed to sleep for such a price. No hangers in the closet.. some hair on bed sheets and toilet.. no toilet paper .. the reception guy gave me a roll the next day.. no trash bin.. and you should throw your trash before leaving..i will not repeat this experience for sure

Great location, close walk to the castle, train station 4 mins walk. I had room in 17 floor, so perfect view

Disappointing and overpriced

The location was great and close by to everything we needed.

- Unclean bathroom - Crockery dirty - Advertised as suitable for 2 but only given enough cups/plates/mugs for 1. - Shower drain blocked so we were unable to use shower for longer then 3 minutes. - we were given half a toilet roll Lack of communication from staff, we emailed on the first day about our issues and there was no reply until after check out 3 days later.

Overpriced joke.

Very good location

No staff on arrival, had to call and wait, fortunately a student let us in. Bathroom dirty and hairs up the walls and in the drain. Just a bare room, fridge and cooker but nothing to cook with or even boil water in, no cups or cutlery. No mattress protector and uncomfortable bed. One email asking how my stay was when I hadn't even been able to check in, another email asking if I had checked in when we were leaving. Just a very expensive farce from start to finish

Warm, comfortable and ideally situated.

Warm and comfortable with a full range of self catering facilities. Very close to Cardiff town centre and the event venues.

The room was a bit pricey for one night but that is more an issue of ‘dynamic pricing’. However, it was still a lot cheaper than many other hotels and B&Bs.

Location good very clean

There was no dish soap or tea towels or paper towels or sponges. and most incredibly no garbage container or waste basket to dispose of trash in the room. In fact no cleaning products at all, even a broom. Perhaps students are expected to provide such things when they rent the studio for the academic year, but for visitors wanting a studio for a few days, these should be provided or at least the fact that they are not should be noted in the description.

It was a great stay and value for money

I stayed at Now Student Living on Bridge Street in Cardiff and was really impressed. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from the arena and Cardiff Castle. The apartment was clean, had a great kitchen setup, and the WiFi was reliable. Perfect for a short stay in the city!

Ubicación excelente pero no es un hotel

La ubicación es excelente

El lugar es una residencia para estudiantes. Se anuncia de esa forma pero no brinda servicios mínimos de hotelería por lo cual no recomiendo el lugar para una estadía mayor a un día. No tiene servicio de limpieza durante la estadía, ni siquiera hay tacho de basura en las habitaciones por lo cual te indican que retires tus residuos a los tachos de basura que hay fuera del edificio. Tampoco tiene perchas, vasos ni secador de cabello.

La ubicación es perfecta, para salir a conocer la ciudad.... hay negocios cerca de comida o market y negocios de tardeo.. pub, restaurantes, etc... Centro Comercial... todo muy cerca.. Al igual que la estación de tren Central...

Me costó al inicio dar con la ubicación ... es una entrada muy discreta, casi ni se ve.. imagino por el tipo de establecimientos mas de hab para estudiantes que función de hotel propiamente... Sin embargo, todo bien..
