Location, beds wasn't that bad

No hairdryer, tv didnt work, no water in one of the shower, no locker in the sharing toilet, in the sharing bathroom there was transparent window in the door and in the room...cold ..no one emptied the bins in the kitchen. Staff promised to fix some of the problems but never did ...

I liked the availability of clean bed linen, towels, and shower gel.

1. The combination locks are not labeled and it is not clear which one contains the key to apartment 4. 2. The rooms are not labeled, it is not clear where the apartments are. 4. Considering that the climb is up a spiral staircase, running around the floors with suitcases was problematic. 3.VERY DIRTY FLOOR. No disposable slippers. 4. When we checked in in the evening, it was chilly and we decided to use the blankets. In the morning, we discovered they were dirty and one of them was vomited on! 5. The kettle on the 2nd floor is dirty and limescale. We ran to the 1st floor and used the kettle on the 1st floor. 6. There is no dishwashing detergent. We washed all the dishes before use!!!

Worth it for the price, the location and the accommodation.

Great location with an 10 minute walk to the main part of the city, really good accommodation for making food, taking a shower and everything. There is an place to spend time in the garden which is really cool with friends. Overall we felt very welcome and the Hostel really upgraded our whole stay.

1/2 Showers didn’t worked and 1/2 ovens didn’t worked which wasn’t a big problem at all just took a little bit more time because we were a big group. Not the fault of the hostel but the last days of our stay other guests came in late making much noise. I just thing that they where missing of respect but this isn’t the fault of the hostel just as a note.

Great location, cheap, and comfortable for a group

Location was a 15 minute walk into the old town and to the bus stop and train station. Kitchen had everything you needed. 2 shower rooms and a separate toilet.

Could have been cleaner and our room was missing a window blind so obviously was light in the room early

Cicha i spokojna okolica, 20 min spacerem od dworca oraz kilka możliwości dojazdu komunikacja miejską

Łóżka piętrowe - niestandardowo bardzo wysokie = trudne wchodzenie i schodzenie, opis niezgodny ze stanem rzeczywistym - brak kosmetyków ( jedno mydło wielkości cukierka na 5 osób), brak suszarki do włosów, zimno, jedna toaleta (WC) na kilka pokoi; brak odpowiedzi na zapytanie o wcześniejsze zameldowanie a finalnie ponad godzina czekania na wejście do pokoju ( po oficjalnej godzinie zameldowania )

Telewizor nie działający, brak pościeli dla wszystkich przebywających, odpływ w łazience zapchany, na klucze czekałem z 4 małych dzieci 3 godziny. Podczas rozmowy z konsultantem pochodzenia ukraińskiego poprosiłem o rozmowę z Polakiem co wywołało wielkie oburzenie i zakończenie rozmowy przez Pana konsultanta. Rolka papieru dla 7 osób na weekend, detal ale dużo się jeździ, a człowiek płaci to chcialby żeby wszystko miało ręce i nogi. Talerze i kubki w kuchni wody nie widziały dłuższy czas. Reasumując byliśmy zniesmaczeni, sami musieliśmy sobie pokój posprzątać ( kpina), co było w opisie obiektu było bardzo dalekie od rzeczywistości.
