L'emplacement est parfait. La garage fermé est vraiment un plus. L'appartement est spacieux.
Une forte odeur dans l'appartement (remontée des odeurs d'égout) présente tous les jours. Manque un micro-onde qui serait appréciable. Conciergerie qui n'a pas répondu à mon message.
