Very clean. Very nice desk staff. Coffee available.
The beds were very uncomfortable! Too soft and work up with a stiff neck and back. They had no support at all. Sheets and blankets were very clean and comfy.

The staff was Amazing! We stayed for 3nights. After the first night, it was very enjoyable. Unfortunately with the winter storm there, it was a full house. The staff accommodated us, moving us to another room, with less noise.
The pancake machine was the Best! Actually enjoyed breakfast each morning.
The bathroom fan was rather loud, and it was attached to the light, so you could not turn it off. Because of the ice, walking to the car was not the easiest, parking isn’t close to the building.

Staff are outstanding. Welcoming and responsive. The room was spacious, with plenty of storage and handy plugs to charge all our devices. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well with the blackout curtains. Good soundproofing; it was really quiet in our room. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and gym. Everything is clean and well cared for. The breakfast was generous, with healthy options. Great location, too. We would definitely stay there again
