We liked: proximity to the city, terrace, level of kitchen equipment, large spaces. Also prompt communication with the staff.
There was not a parking in front of the property as indicated firstly. It was strange to communicate with multiple host staff because then I needed to repeat myself in booking messages that I didnt like at all and it somehow scared me if this is not a scam. I didnt like the strict rules connected to the trash disposal, especially because it was not clear and also when we saw how littered were some parts of the city then I did not take it to be fair towards us. Disadvantage was also being in the ground floor (so there was not really privacy on terrace).
