The rooms are dated, no arguing with that but the location and staff make up for that. Breakfast is good but the sandwiches in the bar are fantastic. Try the Parmaham sandwich or chicken, they are the best value in Deventer. Rooms are cleaned every day, the lift works and drinks are good. The guy who runs it is really friendly.

Rooms could do with an update but they are clean.

The staff are super friendly and accommodating. And the location of the hotel, right in the center of town is unbeatable. The breakfast buffet was good: scrambled eggs, croissants, various types of bread, a selection of meats and cheeses and great cappucino's. The hotel's restaurant and bar closes at 10PM, but the bars / terraces 50 meters to the right are open until 3AM in the morning. Our room was at the back of the hotel and extremely quiet.

The room we had was outdated and could do with a makeover. But it was clean and the beds are comfortable, which is most important in my opinion as we don't spend a lot of time in the room anyway.

Excellent location and great breakfast, with good food selection. The mattress was super comfortable. Great view from the window to the Brink (the main city square). It was great to have an elevator.

Just a small things like a hook for the towel in the bathroom would be very nice to have. It does get loud on the square on Friday and Saturday nights. the city stays alive until 2-3 in the morning.

Central location

Cleanness. Toilet has obvious signs of being used. I had to clean it myself.
