Magníficas instalaciones. Perfecto estado.Muy confortable. Ubicación muy céntrica y con el parking público a 3'.

Lo que menos me gustó y me sorprendió fue que tras cerrar la contratacion y el pago por adelantado con Booking resulta que para acceder al apto tenía que abonar una fianza de 200€. Ese detalle debería indicarse claramente antes de aceptar la contratación ya que después resulta que como ya te han cobrado no te queda más remedio que depositar la fianza. Por otra parte, una vez abonada y como nadie comprueba el estado en que ha quedado a la hora de salir, todo queda a la voluntad del propietario y eso no debería ser así. En mi caso pasados 4 días desde que lo dejé aún no me han devuelto los citados 200€.

It was a superb Appertment in an ideal location ( apart from the drunks at 3am) and good value. It was well equipped but the decor was about as impersonal as the welcome.

I didn’t like the access procedure. Whilst on the motorway heading to the appartment I was told it was mandatory to ‘register’. This involved either sending a passport and driving licence scan or filling a form which provided with details they already had; not to mention the fact that form was completely unusable in pdf form on a mobile on the motorway. You then had to download the key as an app which of course didn’t work. The saving for this company was that there was always someone willing to help at the other end of the phone. Welcome to post human . Why couldn’t you just turn up with a key and say Hi

Location and interior was great, very nice apartments

The door locks are all remote managed over WiFi and didn’t work multiple times including when we got home after midnight which is absolutely awful. This is the one reason why we wouldn’t go back.
