La ubicación y que es espacioso todo a excepción del dormitorio
La cama doble pegada a la pared es bastante incómoda, falta luz auxiliar tipo lamparitas en la habitacion

El apartamento reunía todo lo que buscaba y necesitaba, es tranquilo, confortable y limpio bien ubicado. Es muy probable que reserve de nuevo.
En realidad nada me disgusto, y por escribir algo negativo diría que la columna de madera de entrada al salón deberia estar señalizada o iluminada de alguna forma porque si logre evitarla de noche es gracias a algun milagro divino.

Super céntrico. Apartamento nuevo y muy amplio. Delante tiene zona de carga y descarga que permite dejar el equipaje cómodamente. Se puede aparcar a 3min andando en parking plaza Portugalete por 19€/dia (reserva via telpark).

La ubicación, muy céntrica y al lado del mercado de abastos.
Las condiciones de mantenimiento del apartamento malas, paredes manchadas por todo el apartamento, rajas en la pared sin tapar, un zócalo quitado y con mala impresión, tostador roto (había que sacar las tostadas con un cuchillo), la mampara de la ducha abierta sale agua afuera, las juntas de la ducha con moho negro por algunos sitios.
