建物や設備は古いが、中は掃除がされていて綺麗でした。無料駐車場もある。ベランダにも干すことは可能。立地はよく歩いてパイナガマビーチまで行けるのですが、海水浴は他のビーチにいっていました。
カギの場所が更新しておらず、古い写真だったので探しても見つからず問い合わせ先に電話しました。そのためチェックインに時間がかかった。2階へ上がる階段は細いので注意。
ゲーム機やテレビにWi-Fiか繋がらず、携帯しか使用できなかった。またテレビのアンテナレベルが低く、NHKしか見れない。テレビで自分が契約しているサブスクを見ようとしたが、近隣のWi-Fiは出てくるのに、この施設のWi-Fiが出てこない。問い合わせをしたが原因がわからず、修理にすぐに来てくれるわけではないので、デジタルデトックスしたい方には良いかも知れません。
