The property was clean and in very good condition, everything seems to be new. The view on the mountain is incredible.
Other reviews say about noise and thin walls, but it wasn't the case. Maybe no one was staying in neighboring rooms at a time.
Great place to stay if you're on car.
The breakfast I wouldn't call "Excellent" as in the description. You get a coffee and a croissant from a cafe (about 5-7 minutes walk).
The location is mediocre, there's not much to do around, and the walk to the sea is around 20 minutes, including going on a road's shoulder for about 500m. The bus stop is also very far away, and it's not possible to get an Uber, drivers cancel rides as they don't wasn't to go that far.

Der Cafe war gratis im Apartment, daher haben wir uns das "Frühstück" (=1 Croissant + 1 Cafe) im 10 Gehminuten entfernten Pub gespart :)
Die Wände sind sehr dünn, das Apartment ist wie eine WG aufgebaut mit 3 separat vermieteten Zimmer und einer gemeinsamen Lounge. Ohne Ohropax wacht man auf, sobald das Nachbarzimmer aufsteht oder zu Bett geht.

Das frühstück. Ich musste 650m ausser haus begeben, um ein croissont, einen kaffee und einen albernen becher mit wasser zu bekommen. Das war wohl nicht.
Auch. Versorgung mit lebensmitteln.
Vermieter sehr schwer erreichbar.
