El lugar es cómodo y grande. A solo 600 metros de la estación de tren. Alessandra fue muy amable y servicial. Me explicó todo a cerca de las conexiones para llegar a las distintas ciudades, realmente estoy muy agradecida

O quarto era muito confortável.
O café da manhã era muito pobre,apenas uma capsula de café,a outra era de leite que eu não tomo,o tamanho da xícara incompatível,derramou tudo. A responsável ficou me ligando e me mandando msg pra ter certeza da hr que eu chegaria e eu não sabia pois estava alugando carro e n sabia a distância e isso foi bem incomodo.

La gestione, ho aspettato quasi 3 ore fuori dalla struttura perché L’host era assente e irraggiungibile anche telefonicamente. Non vi era modo quindi modo di effettuare il check in. Accoglienza 0.
