The apartment is really near to beautiful beach :) a few step from apartment you can find great ice cream. It’s heaven :)

The best thing is that it is really close to the Lido. It is a renovated apartment, well equipped, with a nice and modern kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has space for your things, which is quite rare.
The terrace is also nice, and although it's ground floor, no one bothers you in the garden. There is a parking space for the apartment in the courtyard with remote control gate. It is clean and bright, but there is also a roller shutter.
Fabio is really kind and helpful.
The master bedroom is spacious, but the other one is really small for two teenage kids. There’s children’s furniture in that room, so one of my sons ended up sleeping on the sofa in the living room. He was happy with that, though.
Condensation from the air conditioner flows into a large bottle on the terrace, which often fills up and needs to be emptied, something we sometimes forget to do in time.

The apartment was 10 minutes away from the Alghero Airport by car. We could use a free of charge, closed parking lot in the backyard. The owners, Fabio and his wife were super nice and made a very detailed handover of the apartment including lots of good advices regarding Alghero. The apartment was fully renovated, brand new inside, fully equipped. There was a free of charge wifi and air conditioning available, even 3 sun ambrellas for the beach. We spent splened 10 days there without any problem. There are lots of very nice restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance. The downtown is also nearby as well as sandy beaches. We loved the Spiaggia di Maria Pia beach. It is perfect for little children. Water is everywhere super clear and clean, we could do snorkeling and saw lots of fish in the water, especially at the Spiaggia di Mugoni beach, it was 15 minutes away by car. We had to pay 200 EUR deposit which we got back after our leave immediately. We had to pay extra fee for the bedclothes and the towels, but it was a fair amount. We will definitely come back in the future.
