Very nice people and helpful

Fabio, the host is a very responsive people with a very good English knowledge. We communicated via whatsapp was easy and fast way of the communication. I had to call him once to clarify something he answered the call quickly. Very good internet connection with good flat screen tv options (I was able to watch champions league without to use my own accounts). Kitchen is well equipped - also belonging dishes and wide area of serving bowls. Rooms are big enough (you have space) and children room was very cozy my children really loved it. Supermarket is very close, bus stops is very close (a good way to shuttle / transport in Alghero and surround Alghero. Advantage of taking the bus instead of rent a car that you can enjoy the alcoholic drinks in other cities like Sassari or Bose). The nearby beach front is very nice and bars are very good. Bahia has wide range of draughted Paulaner and local gins and liquers. In the evening there is dance music - around 200m from the accommodation. Front of the bar there is a cafe with very good "gelato" - Bon dia. And there are many good places in 5 mins to walk as a super market where you can buy any kind of good local products (cheese, sausage, wine, fruit, vegetable, plain bread, etc...). Local bus line to the oldtown is 3 mins to walk. The terrace was also leveraged by ourself. It was really cozy to sit and eat/drink there with children or in the evening just to of us. The main entrance is opening on a dead end street so it is absolutely not noisy. Parking is quite chaotic in the weekend (because local people are coming to the shore and parking in the dead end street and surround) so the free parking option (what we have not taken) is also a big advantage if you are hiring a car.

The apartment is really near to beautiful beach :) a few step from apartment you can find great ice cream. It’s heaven :)

The best thing is that it is really close to the Lido. It is a renovated apartment, well equipped, with a nice and modern kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has space for your things, which is quite rare. The terrace is also nice, and although it's ground floor, no one bothers you in the garden. There is a parking space for the apartment in the courtyard with remote control gate. It is clean and bright, but there is also a roller shutter. Fabio is really kind and helpful.

The master bedroom is spacious, but the other one is really small for two teenage kids. There’s children’s furniture in that room, so one of my sons ended up sleeping on the sofa in the living room. He was happy with that, though. Condensation from the air conditioner flows into a large bottle on the terrace, which often fills up and needs to be emptied, something we sometimes forget to do in time.
