La posizione
Senza ascensore e mancanza di aria condizionata nella seconda camera. Strada molto rumorosa difficile Dormire a finestra aperta.

L’emplacement
Le parking est mal positionné c’est impossible de se garer donc il n’y a pas de parking. Manque d’ascenseur ( 4 ème étage, attention pour les personnes qui n’est sont pas physique)

L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla non lontana dal centro storico. Dal balcone grande e abitabile si scorge il mare e la città vecchia. L'appartamento è grande e ben arredato e accessoriato. L'aria condizionata è in salone e nella camera matrimoniale. Per la spesa c'è un supermercato vicinissimo e di fronte c'è sempre un banco di frutta e verdura con prodotti di qualità.
Il posto auto è un po' scomodo. L'assenza di un ascensore si fa sentire per portare su e giù le valigie.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in in guten Lage in Nähe der Altstadt und 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Supermarkt und Bäckerei um die Ecke. Die Ausstattung einfach,aber okay.
Leider kein Auszug und zum vierten Stock,sehr anstrengend! Das Badezimmer veraltet,die Dusche sehr eng, die Fugen und Rahmen der Duschkabine schmutzig. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig,aber in die Jahre gekommen.
