Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, très propre et bien situé. Nous avons rencontré un souci de climatisation en début de séjour, mais l’agence et le propriétaire ont réagi rapidement et avec beaucoup de sérieux : ils sont allés jusqu’à installer une nouvelle climatisation dans le salon, en plus de celles déjà présentes dans les deux chambres, afin que nous puissions profiter pleinement du logement. Leur réactivité et leur écoute ont fait toute la différence, et nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.

I really enjoyed my stay in the flat. It had everything I needed and felt very comfortable and homely. The location was excellent, the air conditioning worked very well, and overall the apartment was very convenient and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it to others

Location is much to far away nearest shop for the basics is 20 mins by car. Pool area is mucky pool showers blocked and in need of a good clean. While we were there essential maintenance was asking place that we were not informed of so for 4 days we had men on our balcony painting and couldn't open the curtains for privacy. One restaurant on site which should close at 8 but most nights earlier and the bar closes at 8pm. If your staying here be sure to hire a car and pick up supplies from the nearest lidl. A taxi ride to the town of el torre is £15 euro each way or £28 euro to the marina in Belamadena. This place needs a local minimarket.
