- le lit est confortable - la localisation permet d’être proche du centre tout en évitant le bruit - les produits de douche sont fournis - le café est fournis
- il manque certains éléments dans la cuisine (une poêle par exemple) - l’appartement est un peu humide (les serviettes de bain n’ont pas séché pendant nos 3 nuits de réservation) - l’eau chaude ne fonctionne pas très bien (il faut mettre peu de pression pour avoir de l’eau tiède)
