Good location not too far of a walk and it’s well sized! Good value for money.
People across the way waking up early and being noisy AF, but you’ll get that at times because it’s a tourist spot and people get up early to do the cócora

The house is able to host a group of five (5) comfortably as it has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's a short walk from the center which is great because you don't have the noise from the busy streets.
You could hear everything your roommates would do, there is no noise insulation. When using the bathroom you can hear the water running through the pipes throughout the house. It would be nice to have some kind of body soap or shower gel.
