    The facility is just a straight up catfish from the photo from the app and an absolute disaster from the inside. The front desk was really nice, but for the price that their charging for a crack house is not it. I cant even get no refund for some reason even after complaining about it not matching what they said they would.

    I hope Hotel Mikka would provide the service that's worth the money that customers pay. Luma na ang building at makikitang hindi nalilinisan nang maayos. Pagpasok ko ng kwarto ay ang daming lamok kinailangan ko pang mag-request ng pang-spray. Hindi rin malinis ang kanilang higaan. Sana ay may mekanismo ang Lungsod ng San Fernando para i-check ang mga hotels sa kanilang syudad. Ang ganitong karanasan ng mga bisita ay Hindi nakakatulong sa Turismo. Akala ko nag-upgrade na sila sa kanilang serbisyo base sa komento ng mga customers dito kaya kahit may mga bad reviews ay itinuloy ko pa rin mag-book. Ang aking binook ay may nakalagay na "single bed-new room" sa pag-aakalang mas maayos naman siguro kaysa sa pinilit ng mga nagbigay ng review. But to my dismay, hindi umayon sa binayaran Kong 1,510.19 ang aking kwarto. Hindi sulit ang aking bayad.

    will never recommend this so called Hotel, ordinary Motel are way better, cleanliness failed, no difference between NEW ROOM & OLD ROOM both looks OLD, aircondition sounded like a helicopter, small roaches everywhere, no proper room slipper, waste of previous guest left inside the bathroom, in photo they have restaurant but theres none at all... terrible stay never agai!
