I like the room layout and design, aircond was very cool the entire stay is very comfortable. My family and I had a really great time! Didn't expect the TV to work like some other hotels, certainly a pleasant surprise that we can actually watch movies during the stay. A very good experience, worth the price. Customer service is also very good and prompt support. Anyway, if we decide to have a staycation at PJ again will definitely be back.

The bathroom had some rustic stain, and sometimes can smell the drain.. But it's okay since not all the time we'll be in the bathroom.

The pool was good.. decent stay

It took me 2 hours searching for this place actually. Waze could not detect the place and i keep going round and round the building until I had to ask someone send us there. The stay overall was ok but it was quite dirty. The curtains, bedsheets, the sofa all had stains on them. The aircond in the master room was not functioning properly, it keep switching off on its own and switch on back on its own. The kitchen table top was dirty. I had to clean it up. You have to pay for the parking each time u enter so i don't know how much i spent for the total of 5 days 4 nights. At one point I had problem exiting the parking barrier even though I have been using the same debit card through out and I was told to go to the reception myself and sort it out by the security guard. The lift had no ventilation system and imagine when u are in the lift and it stops at each floor and my room was in 28th floor, it was suffocating. We were sweating each time we use the lift and i had kids and parents with us. I was all the time praying that the lift should be smooth through out, can't imagine if it stops. absolute nightmare
