Very clean and all equipments are in good shape .
Elegant apartment.
Great location .
Very safe and secure.
The washer made my clothes very damped.
May need some maintenance.
Also there was water leak from the ceiling, it was from the wrong A/C connection , they wer very efficient in fixing it ,but it was uncomfortable.

Новые чтстые аппартаменты,все работает ..стстема умный дом..Но если вы случайно оставили ключт внутри и захлопнули дверь,то это обернется большими сложностями,так что будьте внимательны,запасных карт-ключей нет,а без карты вы не сиожете активтровпть электронный замок..Но это не относится к качеству проживания в аппартаментах...)Сам район новый респектабельный..если сравнивать с районом АльХан,то это просто земля и небо...даже близость моря в АльХан не дает преимуществ!Особенность..лучше арендовать машину для передвижения ..парковочное место у каждых аппартов свое..Преятное место!)..и очень услужливый персонал Link 1
